Articulo octavo. Los Fiscales especiales de la Procuraduría General de la Nación devengarán un sueldo de $ 2.500.00 mensuales, y deberán reunir las calidades exigidas para ser Juez Superior.

Parágrafo

Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal en comisión en la Procuraduría General de la Nación devengarán $ 1.800.00 mensuales.
