El optómetra dispensará los beneficios de su profesión a todas las personas que los necesiten, sin más limitaciones que las expresamente señaladas en este código y rehusará la prestación de sus servicios en actos que sean contrarios a la moral y a las buenas costumbres, o cuando existan condiciones que interfieran su libre y correcto ejercicio.
