Para que los individuos de que trata esta Ley tengan derecho a la gracia que ella otorga es indispensable que el carácter militar que tenía el sindicado al tiempo de la comisión del delito conste en el proceso por pruebas anteriores a la fecha de la expedición de esta Ley. Las pruebas posteriores son inadmisibles
