Presentado por el interesado un manifiesto que tenga las formalidades que en tales documentos se requieren, el Reconocedor lo registra en el libro llamado de manifiestos poniéndole el número de orden, y pedirá la encomienda al Almacenista, quién la entregará previo registro de ella en el libro de entrega de encomiendas, al Reconocedor, y tomará el recibo de éste al fin de cada relación de las que haya entregado en el día.
