A." un crédito a su favor y a cargo de la nación por la suma de $ 14.962.74, valor de servicios editoriales prestados por esta sociedad al gobierno -ministerio de educación nacional- en los años de 1937 a 1938 en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se hará la apropiación para el pago de esta deuda; si la apropiación no fuere hecha, el gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos o hacer los traslados necesarios para este fin.
