° Los numerales 3° y 15 del artículo 22 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, quedarán así: “Artículo 22. Faltas graves. Son faltas graves: 3. Ejercitar otra profesión o dedicarse al comercio, sea directamente o por interpuesta persona, tener otro empleo o ejecutar encargos fuera del establecimiento, cuando tales actividades afecten el normal desempeño de las funciones propias del cargo. 15. No denunciar las faltas leves cuando se tenga conocimiento de ellas”.
