Decreto 2411 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamentan los Decretos nÃºmeros 3083, 3084, 3085 y 3086 y la Ley 76 de 1985, en lo relativo a la organizaciÃ³n de las Regiones de PlanificaciÃ³n.

PROGRAMA DE GASTOS DE LOS RECURSOS DE LOS FONDOS DE INVERSIONES PARA EL DESARROLLO REGIONAL. Con base en el anteproyecto que elaboren las Unidades Técnicas, los Consejos Regionales aprobarán, durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre, el programa de gastos de funcionamiento y de inversión con cargo a los recursos de los Fondos de Inversiones, para el año inmediatamente siguiente. Estos programas serán comunicados, a través de los Coordinadores Regionales, a las entidades bancarias o financieras oficiales administradoras de los recursos de los Fondos, para que se hagan las transferencias y desembolsos de acuerdo con los mismos.

Parágrafo

Para el año de 1987, los programas se elaborarán dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto.
