Revístese al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias por el término de un año, contado a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, para que previa una revisión hecha por una Comisión de Expertos en la materia, de la cual formarán parte cuatro Senadores y cuatro Representantes, designados paritariamente entre sus miembros por la Comisión Primera Constitucional de cada Cámara, revise el Código Judicial y el Proyecto sustitutivo que se halla a la consideración del Congreso Nacional, y expida y ponga en vigencia el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
