Vigencia y Derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 297 de 2024, modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 4° del Decreto número 1743 de 2020 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2025.
