º. Los Directores y Gerentes de los establecimientos mencionados en el artículo 11 del Decreto 678 de 1972 podrán hacer parte de los organismos directivos de las Corporaciones únicamente por el período de un año, a partir del día de iniciación de operaciones con el público de cada una de ellas según certificación de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
