°. Causación de la Prima . La prima especial por actividad registral de que trata el artículo primero del presente decreto se causará cuando se cumpla el periodo laborable establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, ejerciendo la actividad registral por parte de los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos, principales y seccionales, de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
