Interoperabilidad con el Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias. El administrador del Runeol adoptará las medidas necesarias para que el registro de un gravamen definido en el artículo 2.2.2.54.2 del presente decreto o, garantía mobiliaria sobre derechos patrimoniales de contenido crediticio derivados de operaciones de libranza sea simultáneamente inscrito en el Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias y viceversa.

Nota: Las disposiciónes de esta sección entraran a regir el 15 de enero 2021, conforme a lo estipulado en articulo 4 del Decreto 1004 de 2020.
