Exclusiones. Las exclusiones deberán estar expresamente previstas en el contrato. Sobre el particular se deberán precisar las patologías, los procedimientos, exámenes diagnósticos específicos que se excluyan y el tiempo durante el cual no serán cubiertos, por parte de la entidad de medicina prepagada. Las exclusiones que no se consagren expresamente no podrán oponerse al usuario.

No se podrán acordar exclusiones sobre malformaciones, afecciones o enfermedades que se puedan derivar de factores de riesgo propios de estas.
