Corresponderá a la Superintendencia de Cambios sancionar las infracciones cambiarias en que incurran las instituciones sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria en desarrollo de actuaciones diferentes de aquellas a que hace referencia el artículo 1o. del presente Decreto. En estos casos las sanciones serán impuestas por la Superintendencia de Cambios con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1746 de 1991 y demás normas que lo adicionen o reformen.
