En los casos en que se niegue la inscripción, la membrecía o se niegue la prestación de un servicio a uno de los miembros, la Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación deberá notificar a la persona o personas interesadas sobre las razones de esta decisión y darle la oportunidad para que presente sus explicaciones.
