ART 324. En los Códigos adoptados las denominaciones de corporaciones y funcionarios, como Estados Unidos de Colombia, Estado, Territorio, Prefecto, Corregidor, y las demás que á virtud del cambio de instituciones requieran en algunos casos una sustitución técnica, se aplicarán á quienes paralela y lógicamente correspondan.
