° La Junta de la Superintendencia sesionará ordinariamente cuatro veces por mes, y extraordinariamente cuando la convoque el Presidente de la Junta. La Junta sesionará válidamente con la mayoría de sus miembros, y sus decisiones se adoptarán con el voto favorable de cuatro miembros, como mínimo. El Superintendente concurrirá a las sesiones de la Junta con voz pero sin voto. En las reuniones de la Junta actuará como Secretario el mismo de la Superintendencia, o quien haga sus veces.
