La Aduana de Tucacas, en La Goajira, creada por el artículo 2.° de la Ley 85 de 1915 , funcionará en el puerto de Castilletes desde el 1o. de enero de 1930, y tendrá además el carácter de Administración de Hacienda Nacional, con el siguiente personal:

Un Administrador, con $ 200 mensuales.

Un Contador Guardalmacén, con $ 130 mensuales.

Un Oficial de Estadística Escribiente, con $ 90 mensuales.

Las secciones de Resguardos de Laguna de Tucacas y Castilletes dependerán directamente de la Aduana de Tucacas.
