En la resolución que ordene la realización del concurso se designarán los funcionarios de que tratan el artículo 27 y los numerales 1) y 2) del artículo 30, y se solicitará la designación de los demás miembros del jurado calificador. Vencidos los plazos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se procederá como en él se ordena.
