Artículo Primero. A partir del 1º de julio del año en curso, los Notarios y Registradores y sus subalternos de carácter permanente, serán afiliados forzosos a la Caja Nacional de Previsión. Dicha Caja responderá por las prestaciones sociales y derechos de éstos funcionarios de tal fecha en adelante.
