Será de aplicación en los municipios señalados en el artículo anterior el régimen normativo especial para situaciones de desastre contemplado en los articules 25 y siguientes del Decreto 919 de 1989, así como lo dispuesto por el artículo 56 del Decreto 1909 de 1992 y demás disposiciones concordantes. Los órganos competentes de las entidades territoriales dictarán, igualmente, las disposiciones especiales que deban regir a partir de la presente declaratoria.
