° Adscríbense a la Comisión Organizadora de la IX Conferencia Internacional Americana, creada por el Decreto número 64 de 1946, las funciones de dirigir y ejecutar todas las obras necesarias para la preparación de dicha Conferencia; en consecuencia la mencionada Junta Especial tendrá la ordenación de todos los gastos de personal y material a que hubiere lugar.
