El Plan Integral de Reparación Colectiva (PIRC) a las víctimas a las que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente decreto, es el instrumento técnico por medio del cual se garantizará el cumplimiento de las políticas dirigidas a reparar integralmente a los sujetos colectivos étnica y culturalmente diferenciados y sus miembros individualmente considerados, que hayan sufrido daños en los términos del artículo 3° del presente decreto.
