PAGO DE INDEMNIZACIÓN POR DISMINUCIÓN DE LA CAPACIDAD SICOFÍSICA. Al Agente de la Policía Nacional que presente disminución de la capacidad sicofísica determinada por la Sanidad de la Policía y que sea mantenido en servicio en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 78 de este Decreto, le será reconocida y pagada a indemnización que le corresponda, de acuerdo con los índices del estatuto de capacidad sicofísica, incapacidades, invalideces e indemnizaciones de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional. En consecuencia el Agente no tendrá derecho a una nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
