Auxíliase con la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000.00) la terminación del Colegio de señoritas de la ciudad de Silvia en el Departamento del Cauca. Esta cantidad será entregada al Tesorero Municipal de Silvia, quien rendirá cuenta de su inversión a la Contraloría General de la República de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales.
