Art. 3.° Créanse Administradores subalternos del mencionado impuesto en los Distritos que á continuación se citan, con la asignación del 10% de lo que recauden : Funza, Mosquera, Bosa, Fusagasugá, Soacha, La Calera, Usaquén y Usme. El Administrador del impuesto en los Distritos de Funza y Mosquera será uno mismo.
