Múltiple vinculación en cotizaciones voluntarias. En el evento en que el afiliado haya realizado cotizaciones voluntarias al RAIS dentro de su cuenta de ahorro individual de pensiones obligatorias, si una vez resuelta la situación de múltiple vinculación se establece que está vinculado al RPM, la administradora del RAIS deberá informar al afiliado la posibilidad de retirar tales cotizaciones o trasladarlas al fondo de pensiones voluntarias. En caso de que el afiliado guarde silencio, las cotizaciones voluntarias quedarán a su disposición en la cuenta de aportes de no vinculados.
