Decreto 2527 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 1Âª de 1982m el Decreto-ley 386 de 1983, el CapÃtulo XVI de TÃtulo VI del Decreto-ley 1222 del 1986 y se modifican parcialmente los Decretos 033 de 1984 y 1988 de 1987, sobre el Juego de Apuestas Permanentes.

JURISPRUDENCIA

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 7º. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto, deberán ser adicionados o modificados los contratos vigentes, con el fin de adecuarlos a las nuevas disposiciones. Cumplido lo anterior, los contratos se presentarán al Ministerio de Salud para su revisión. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes el Ministerio aprobará o rechazará el contrato.
