Esta Ley rige desde su promulgación y sus disposiciones se aplicarán desde el año gravable de 1973, excepción hecha de lo dispuesto en los artículos 3o., sin sus parágrafos 6o., 7o., 8o., 9o., 11 y 12 que regirán para el año gravable de 1972.
