Art. 4.° Los derechos de que trata el artículo l.° se pagarán aun cuando los respectivos documentos se hayan otorgado en el Extranjero. Esos documentos se registrarán en tal caso, en la oficina de la República que corresponda, y el registro se podrá hacer, sin que haya lugar á recargo ninguno y aunque se trate de un Título Constitutivo de hipoteca dentro de los ciento ochenta días siguientes á la fecha del otorgamiento.
