Art. 2.° El mismo dia de su instalacion dará parte la Comision agraria a la primera autoridad política de la localidad, de haberse instalado i de haber dado principio a sus trabajos, a fin de que ésta lo haga saber al vecindario por bando i por medio de carteles fijados en los lugares de concurso. Del acto de la instalacion dará igualmente aviso al Gobierno del Estado i a la Oficina de Estadística.
