Art. 2°. El Gobierno de la Union le devolverá á la mencionada señora Matilde Victoria de Gutiérrez la cantidad de seis mil ochocientos sesenta pesos ($ 6,860) en Pagarés del Tesoro de nueva emisión como equivalente á la de veintiocho mil quinientos noventa pesos ($ 28,590) en bonos flotantes de tres por ciento de interes, que ella consignó por el precio de compra del terreno de la capellanía fundada en Tabio por Juan Domínguez Bachiller y Gabriela Ocampo, y, ademas, le entregará como indemnizacion la cantidad de nueve mil doscientos pesos ($ 9,200) en Pagarés del Tesoro ne nueva emision conforme al convenio que se aprueba.
