Artículo tercero. Todo Centro de Plasmaféresis requiere para su funcionamiento, un local que tenga por lo menos las siguientes características

Area mínima de 350 metros cuadrados, distribuida así: Sala de espera. Sala de registro y control. Sala de pruebas. Sala de sangría. Sala de centrifugación y extracción de plasma. Sala de almacenamiento de materiales. Cuarto de refrigeración, y almacenamiento de plasma y derivados.

Instalaciones sanitarias, de agua potable, vertederos, luz y ventilación naturales, conforme a las regulaciones existentes, y

Patente de Sanidad.
