º . Dirección y Administración. El Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía estará dirigido, administrado y orientado por la Junta Directiva, el Director General y los demás funcionarios que la Junta determine, quienes desempeñarán sus funciones dentro de las facultades y con las atribuciones que los presentes Estatutos y demás disposiciones legales vigentes les confieran.
