En los casos de declaración de caducidad de los contratos, los intereses que a partir de la fecha de aquella declaración devenguen los documentos depositados como garantía, serán retenidos en el Banco de la República, y la caución y dichos intereses pasarán a ser de propiedad de la Nación cuando la resolución respectiva se halle ejecutoriada.
