Art. 5° Para verificar en cualquier tiempo la exactitud de los terrenos adjudicados por contratos á compañías empresarias ó por ventas á particulares, se determinará en los planos respectivos la longitud y latitud, refiriéndose al meridiano que pasa por el Observatorio Astronómico de Bogotá.
