Declaratoria oficiosa . En cualquier estado de la actuación disciplinaria, cuando el funcionario que conozca del asunto advierta la existencia de alguna de las causales previstas en la norma anterior, declarará la nulidad de lo actuado. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso.
