Para los efectos de la seguridad personal que debe darse a funcionarios y/o ex funcionarios, con riesgo extraordinario, que a la fecha de la expedición del presente Decreto-ley cuenten con protección dada por el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), en supresión, la misma se les seguirá prestando aun en la etapa de supresión, hasta que sea asumida por la Unidad Nacional de Protección.
