° En concordancia con lo previsto en el artículo 15 del Decreto 1947 bis de 1963, el saldo de las inversiones efectuadas para dar cumplimiento a los requeridos de inversión hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1990 en los bonos de que trata el artículo anterior, se amortizará cada dos años, desde el 1° de enero de 1994, inclusive, por sextas partes iguales.
