La Corte debe tener un Presidente y un Vicepresidente, elegidos por la corporación plena para cada año.

Cada Sala de Justicia debe elegir su Presidente para el mismo período.

La reunión de los cuatro Presidentes forma la Sala de Gobierno de la corporación.
