Art. 230. Cuando no haya seguridad suficiente para el reo ó reos en el lugar donde deba seguirse el juicio, el Gobernador del respectivo Departamento podrá hacer conducir los reos al lugar más cercano en que, además de la seguridad bastante, haya Juez competente por la naturaleza del delito para que sean juzgados allí.
