Para comprobar la existencia y efectividad de los sistemas empleados, se someterán a control periódico las industrias o actividades que, por su naturaleza, puedan contaminar las aguas. Los propietarios no podrán oponerse a tal control y deberán suministrar a los funcionarios todos los datos necesarios.
