º. El artículo 65 del Decreto 741 de 1993 quedará así: "Cubrimiento en los nuevos departamentos. Los operadores del servicio de telefonía móvil celular a quienes se otorgue la concesión para el área oriental deberán asumir la prestación de este servicio en los nuevos departamentos, y en los planes de expansión correspondientes deberán asegurar el desarrollo del servicio en estos territorios teniendo como fecha límite para el cumplimiento de esta obligación hasta el 1º de julio de 1997".
