Limitación a suscripción de pactos colectivos. Las empresas que hubieren firmado o que firmen convenciones colectivas de trabajo con sindicatos cuyos afiliados excedan de la tercera parte del total de trabajadores de cada una de ellas, no podrán suscribir pactos colectivos.
