Las adquisiciones y contrataciones que para dotación y suministro de bienes, enseres y servicios efectúe el Fondo Rotatorio, se harán dando cumplimiento a las normas.legales vigentes, a lo establecido en los presentes estatutos, y a las reglamentaciones internas que establezca la Junta Directiva de la entidad.
