Los Ministros del Despacho por cuyo conducto se nombran los responsables del Erario, en todo caso en que descubran que algún empleado o autoridad de los que dan posesión a tales responsables haya dejado de dar a la Corte de Cuentas oportunamente el aviso de que trata el artículo 13 de la Ley mencionada, pondrán inmediatamente el echo en conocimiento de esa Corporación, a sin de que se imponga la multa prevista en el referido artículo.
