°. Servicios asistenciales en salud. Los pensionados por invalidez de que trata este decreto, tienen derecho a que el Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales le preste los servicios asistenciales de salud, en relación con las patologías derivadas de la invalidez por riesgos laborales, los cuales continuarán a cargo de Positiva Compañía de Seguros S. A., de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1° de la Ley 776 de 2002.
