Reglas especiales para secundaria. Los educadores asimilados en virtud de este Decreto que prestan sus servicios en la enseñanza secundaria y carecen de título de Perito o Experto, Técnico o Tecnólogo, Profesional con título universitario, Licenciado en Ciencias de la Educación, para efectos de ascenso se regirán por la siguiente tabla:

Parágrafo

Los docentes clasificados en los grados 9, 10 y 11 deben acreditar uno de los siguientes títulos: Bachiller en cualquier modalidad Normalista, Técnico o Experto Agrícola, Industrial o Comercial , egresados de Institutos Técnicos, de nivelación académica no inferior a 5 años de estudios secundarios.
