º . Lista de promotores. La lista de promotores contendrá como mínimo la siguiente información

Nombre de la persona seleccionada por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, número del documento de identificación, dirección y teléfono; y correo electrónico;

Profesión y área de actividad económica en la cual ha acreditado experiencia relacionada, y

Ubicación por ciudades y departamentos. La Superintendencia mantendrá en su página web la lista actualizada de promotores.
