Article 16

El Personal Civil Y Auxiliar De Las Fuerzas Militares Será Atendido En Las Enfermedades Contraídas Durante El Tiempo Que Esté Ad Servicio Del Ramo De Guerra

Articulo 16. El personal civil y auxiliar de las Fuerzas Militares será atendido en las enfermedades contraídas durante el tiempo que esté ad servicio del ramo de Guerra.

Parágrafo

Cuando este personal desee servicios médicos, debe presentar como requisito indispensable, el certificado de salud que se exige al tomar posesión del cargo.
